the relationship between leadership style, organizational climate and productivity of educational managers (in high schools of tehran school district) in order to provide a model of effective educational administration

چکیده
the system of education is absolutely on the greatest and most complicated innovations of human being. today, in every country huge investments are made for education a large population of children, by a great number of people. it is obvious that education, which is related to the most valuable assets of nations, cannot be managed without using scientific tactics. productivity is a relatively accepted phenomenon in manufacturing and service industries of the world. all countries now are endeavoring to increase productivity at national, industrial and commercial levels, through effective managerial mechanisms. educational system enjoys a great share of each country’s credits, therefore, productivity is certainly a must. productivity in educational systems can be influenced by different variables, the most important of which are leadership style and organizational climate. in the proposed model in this study, the dimensions identity, warmth, reward, conflict, support, and risk are considered among aspects of organizational climate which are influential in increasing productivity of educational managers.
